Nobel
Medical College Teaching Hospital P. Ltd. offers
Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) program affiliated to Kathmandu University
(KU). The program is recognized by Nepal Medical Council (NMC) and Ministry of
Education (MOE) of Nepal Government. The college is committed to contribute
significantly in the overall healthcare and development of the country as a
more responsible institution. The institution promises to establish
international benchmark at home by producing qualified and skilled dental
professionals with leadership and technical capabilities.
The
Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) course comprises of five and a halt years
academic program including one year compulsory internship at the end of the
course. The aim of the program is to produce a competent dental graduate to
perform preventive, promotive, curative and rehabilitative services.

The candidate should fulfill the following
criteria for the admission in MBBS Program at Nobel Medical College Teaching
Hospital Pvt Ltd.
- Completed 10+2 years of education or equivalent
qualification with Minimum 2.4 GPA in aggregate and minimum C+ in Physics,
Chemistry and Biology separately with minimum C in other subjects
Or
- Completed 10+2 years of education or
Intermediate of Science (I.Sc.) or equivalent, having 50% in aggregate (Grand
Total) with Physics, Chemistry, Biology (PCB) as main subjects and he/she
should have secured not less than 50% of marks in each subject (PCB)
Or
- Completed Bachelor of Science Degree, recognized
by the University, with one of the following subjects viz. Physics, Chemistry,
Biology and at least one other prescribed science subject of study up to the
ancillary level and having scored not less than an overall aggregate of 50%
marks, provided that such candidate shall have passed the earlier qualifying
examination (10+2 or an equivalent examination) with the subjects of Biology.
Physics and Chemistry.
SELECTION
Selection is strictly based on merit list through entrance examination conducted by the university (KUMET) and followed by interview by the college. Limited scholarship seats are reserved for meritorious students who get through the entrance examination conducted by the Ministry of Education of Nepal (MoE).
